Sturdy, worked as expected
I would recommend the product if you have the correct monitor model. Very sturdy and easy to install.

Does The Job Admirably considering....
This adapter bracket does it's job admirably considering I had one major or minor con with this product. That being the cut out that allows the little lip that extends to the back once you remove the monitor base. This extended lip sits in the cut out at the bottom of the adapter bracket but I felt the cut out should have been shorter to allow that lip to go under it and be better able to support the monitor, instead of just the one screw at the bottom that is the monitors only support. My monitors are straight up and therefore I am placing no undue stress on the one screw supporting the monitor, but what if you wanted to place your monitor in a position where you had to angle it forward to get a better view. The idea of the monitor leaning forward with just the one screw supporting it from the bottom was a bit of a scary thought.I kept envisioning coming home to see my monitor flat on it's face because the screw buckled under the weight of the monitor because it was leaning forward. I believe placing the lip of the monitor which that hole at the bottom of the adapter bracket was cut out for would be a safer fit if it just could go under the metal part to support the monitor if it was leaned forward. Other than that this adapter is well built and while I think the $30 price tag was a bit too much it may have been tolerable for a single monitor purchase, but I had to get three of them for my triple monitors display. YIKES!!All in all I have encountered no other issues about the bracket to complain about. Would I recommend it?... YES!

This item worked out great.
This item worked out great. I bought some M4-0.7 x 25mm screws at the orange place and they allowed me to use this with the monitors base so I could use it with my DinVesa.com plate.

It should be cut out for the profile of the bottom and the screw to fit the best. Works "OK" but the monitor should have more ...
Its for my monitor but the mount really doens fit the base well at all. Just one screw holds it into the adapter. It should be cut out for the profile of the bottom and the screw to fit the best. Works "OK" but the monitor should have more stability if you going to be moving it around.

Compatible with S27D360H but...
This adapter is compatible with the S27D360H monitor stand as claimed. However, the S27D360H has a pivoting stand (i.e., where the stand arm connects to the monitor) which makes a monitor mount (like the Mount It monitor arm I bought) useless. Precisely, after attaching the monitor to the HumanCentric adapter and then attaching the adapter to the Mount It arm, the monitor falls forward due to the pivoting arm. For the 99% of people, I would not buy this adapter to use on a mounting arm. For the 1%, I carefully drilled an 1/8" shallow hole through the monitor pivot connection and the monitor housing and partially screwed in a 1" drywall screw to stop the pivoting. Screwing all the way in would have damaged the LCD and make the monitor useless. I had extenuating circumstances where I had no choice but to keep and use the adapter. Otherwise, I would have returned it. The rating reflects the 99% of the people.

Good but out of balance
The adapter fits well, but it leaves the monitor unbalanced and sitting higher than normal. Even though the monitor is within the weight range of the stand, the out of balance causes a increased load on the stand, thus causing it to fall. To resolve this it would be a good idea to add a shorter version of the monitor stand upright. This would drop the center of gravity of the monitor and allow for a more balanced installation. Since I don't have such a bracket I am adding a short bungie cord from the bottom front of this bracket, over the top and to the back side of the stand arm.
