Will this be the only thing i need to connect to my cpap??

This is a frame only. To complete the mask to connect to your CPAP, you will also need a headgear and a cushion also swivel tube. I would suggest buy the whole mask instead buying piece by piece. Usually this is for replacement if you already had a mask.

No. It is against the law. I bought a fit pack the first time that has a medium frame and all size cushions in it.
