The resistance loops are really good. Very stretchable and perfect for beginners as not too sturdy to make it harder to work with. Would certainly recomend someone who's gonna try for the first time like i am. The price is reasonable too. Go for it.

Only the Red and black resistance bands are strong. The rest are too soft.

I got Delivery yesterday the product is good but i wanted heavy at the same amount but can't find on Amazon. And please make heavy loop also and if you would give Qr code of workout video with the package instead of giving a paper with pictures it will really helpful
