TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND COMPANY. I ORDERED AND IT WASN’t EVEN WORKING. ISSUES A RETURN AND IM SURE THEY GAVE THE SAME ONE BACK, WHICH ALSO WASNT WORKING. NEVER BUY IT. Terrible

Should not even give it 1 star. It is not working in the first attempt. Terrible purchase. Regretting it. Amazon - kindly take the return. I am 2 days beyond the return timeline, but today is the first time I’m using it. Did not expect it to not work at all

I've been using the Black & Decker BX440-B5 for a few weeks now, and it's been a great addition to my kitchen. The 400W motor is powerful enough for all my blending needs, and the 1.5L jar is perfect for making smoothies, soups, and sauces for the family. The two grinder mills are super handy—one I use for coffee beans and the other for herbs and spices. They grind everything to a fine consistency really quickly. The stainless steel blades feel durable and efficient, and I like the two pulse control options which give better control over the texture. Worst product i have ever seen, even geepas better it worked for atleast 3 months. But this one worked for 4 times and done for 5th time usage of less than a month. While running smoke came from it and gone. It gone by just after 2days of my replacement/return policy. Customer cate said that company policy is repairing the product. I dont understand why repair required for a new one. Just a waste. Customer care said i have to drop it for a repair at they given location. That is also waste. Best to buy offline than online. No one bothers if bought from online even from amazon.

This blender is very good, and it also comes with a food processor.

I am very happy with this blender. It makes all my smoothies, and even has the ice chopping setting. I love how it has the glass container, and not the cheap plastic. The parts are easy to disassemble to wash. I love the feature of the little plastic part in the lid you lift up to pour your smoothies, and it clicks back securely. I highly recommend this blender.
