المنتج حسيت بفرق في الاظافر بصراحة, بالنسبة للشعر لم الاحظ لان الفترة مش طويلة كفاية برضو. المنتج له تأثير على القولون والمعدة بشكل عام وبالفعل كنت مرتاح جداً فترة استخدامه. وبشكل عام بيوتين الاستمرار عليه او على الاقراص الشريط منه .. هو مناسب يطول الشعر جداً ( لكن يحتاج اهتمام معاه برضو لو هدفك الشعر ) مثل ( زيت بذرة الكتان, زيت الأرجان, زيت الخروع, زيت جوز الهند, روزماري اكليل الجبل ) والخ .. * بالرغم من ذلك يُنصح استشارة الطبيب قبل استخدام بيوتين ( في اغلب الحالات ) .. لكن لو حصل واخذته بدون استشارة الطبيب لانه آمن في الغالب ان شاء الله .. لازم تاخد/ي بالك لو عندك حساسية منه وظهرت اي اعراض من دي بعد اخذه. * لو عندك حساسية من بيوتين وظهر عليك اي اعراض من دي لازم تروح للدكتور فوراً وتوقف استخدامه .. وتشمل بعض أعراض الحساسية من البيوتين ما يلي: أعراض جلدية: مثل الطفح الجلدي، والحكة، والشرى (الانتفاخات الحمراء المسببة للحكة)، و تورم الوجه أو الشفتين أو الحلق. أعراض هضمية: مثل الغثيان، والقيء، والإسهال، وآلام المعدة. أعراض تنفسية: مثل ضيق التنفس، والصفير، وسيلان الأنف. أعراض عامة: مثل الصداع، والتعب، والدوار.
