Lab Scale 500gx0.01g Digital Precision Analytical Balance - High Precision Electronic Balance for Jewelry, Kitchen, Scientific, and Laboratory Use

These balance scales are great. I was surprised to find an OIML Class III label on the side.I am fortunate to have an F1 grade calibration weight set to hand, so was able to perform a full calibration, where the only error obvserved was +0.02g on the right side of the weighing pan, during the offset checks, so this balance scale would pass to OIML Grade I. The balance was able to weigh 50mg , without error.In use, the balance is wery quick and the counting function is great (I used it for counting cloves).The 500g weight showed no error, when compared to the F1 500g calibration weight (using the balance scale i.e. 500.00g).The level indicator is satisfactory; however doesn't appear to be high precision.The weighing pan is quite sturdy; however, the edges are a little rough and a good deburr would've been appreciated.It's a shame the 500g weight wasn't supplied in a protective case, I wouldn't mind paying a little more for that (and a deburr on the pan).Question: Would I have bought the Balance without access to a set of calibration weights?Answer: Probably not, but I'm more than happy with this product, for the price.

This scales died for no reason, I thought I had no come back and left a review. The seller contacted me and offered me a refund or a fix. It turns out all it needed was a new lead which the seller sent me and it now works perfectly again. As the seller reached out to me to help I will buy from them again, as I would like to get another scales with larger capabilities.

We needed an accurate scale for measuring essential oils, powders and lighter ingredients than your typical baking ingredients. We’ve used cheap kitchen scales in the past and they’ve all failed us terribly. So we gave this more expensive one a go.So far, worth every bit of the price. It was simple to calibrate. The legs are twist adjustable to ensure even flatness for the calibration. There’s a tiny level bubble to ensure that you are completely flat/level.It’s very sensitive, just by blowing lightly on the scale will pick up some weight to it. Not ideal if the washing machine is running at full speed, which funny enough happened to us on our first use.Only negatives is that most of the movable parts are all cheap plastic, mainly the legs and buttons. So not sure how long those will last with constant use. But otherwise, no regrets in buying this at all.

Purchased for mixing eliquid. These are probably overkill, but if you make a lot of 10ml test bottles and need to measure small amounts like 0.05g then these scales are perfect. They respond at the low range better than anything else I have tried. They WILL register one drop of liquid @0.02. Includes calibration weight and mains power cable. Adjustable feet and levelling bubble. no complaints at all. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. Very good quality.

The actual scales are good but the lead and plug broke within 2 uses,tried to get them to send another plug and lead but didn’t get back to me.I don’t like writing bad reviews so I waited two weeks for a reply.Communication is the key to life and this company don’t have that.

Very precise weighing scales for my candle business. Bought in March 2021 now Jan 2023 and the plug doesn't work - it was fine just before Christmas when I used it last. Is there a way to get a new plug please as the scales work ok with a battery but as i use them a lot i need the power.

As usual, Chinese manuals leave a lot to be desired - missing information and slightly inscrutible translation. Why they cannot employ an English person with good grammar to polish off the manual, I don't understand.Generally I find that user manuals have deteriorated in quality and clarity over a long period, probably because they are written by geeks - they need to be written by someone who is completely unfamiliar with the product, and therefore asks the right questions.This scale is going to be used to weigh glaze materials for a potter - often uses small sample glazes so needs to be able to weigh to 0.1 gram.
