Easy to prepare. Just started using it so do not know the effectiveness. Came well packaged and fast.

Maybe I'm just sensitive to this, but I cannot use it because it makes me feel like I have a uti. Painful urination any time I used it. Gave myself a two week break, added a tiny bit to a protein shake and all that day it was very uncomfortable every time I went to the bathroom. So, clearly, Gymnema was the culprit. Couldn't find anything online that would explain and no one else reporting it. If it tingles when you pee after using this, you aren't alone and should stop using it.

I've tried several times now to take this supplement powder. It is absolutely disgusting. I almost threw up everytime. the first day I took it it made me light headed and dizzy and made it very hard to work. Maybe if this was in a pill form I could take this but in a powder I just CANT!!! the powder doesn't desolve well so even in a drink it maintains it's powdery consistency and putrid smell

I am a health junkie, so I lookout for great deals on antioxidant rich products. I'd say this is really, by far one of the best I've tried
