Q: Mine won’t connect to the controller. no matter what i do or how many times i try it it just doesn’t connect. and i know that i’m doing it right

I am also having this problem , the controller just won't connect . Brand new batteries, turn on drone , flashing lights . Long press power button on controller, push up then I hear a beep , then press down . Nothing happens and lights are still flashing . Also the app doesn't have settings for WiFi connection, and most of what I am seeing is its all in a foreign language. I was so looking forward to this .
