Love it
I was sweating all over my mat within 10 minutes of this workout. It took me some time to get used to hearing the people in the video breathing etc. but I got over that fast because I was breathing hard myself. EXCELLENT video i can't wait to get to the next two.

Too many headstands!
As a recreational yoga-ite I am in over my head with Mark Blanchard's yoga instructions. Way too many headstands - definitely for the advanced student.

Long, but good
The videos are a great workout. You'll just need quite a bit of time to get through each video. They are lengthy.

Released chronic tension
When I first bought this trilogy, I liked the workouts, but didn't fall in love. Until recently. I've been having growing chronic pain and tension in my left leg, lower back, and shoulders. Neither regular stretching after exercising nor other yoga DVDs did much to relieve the pain. A few days ago, feeling the tension in my neck and head in addition to the usual areas, I popped in the second DVD of the series. An hour and a half later, I felt completely wrung out. Days later, I am still tension free and planning to work this series back into my exercise routine. Some reviews said the videos are repetative, but for me, that was exactly the way to gradually deepen the stretches in my problem areas. He also adds enough small variations to release muscles I didn't even realize were tight. I highly recommend these yoga DVDs.

Great DVD's
The best and the hardest DVD yoga instruction I've seen. Comparable to taking an advanced yoga class with an instructor.
