As usual Intex has bad quality products. Looks good but bad quality. I have given Intex so many chances but they always fail me. I barely used the product for 2 weeks and it got burst already. Worst company ever.

The chair have a vibrant color and overall looks are nice. You cannot inflate the whole thing with one nozzle, there are several nozzles in different parts to assemble it. Although it retains the air but feels like it loses some air with time(maybe due to expansion). Altogether its a comfortable chair to watch TV and relax.

The chair itself was not something special, and after 15 mins of sitting, the pains in the back or the knees start (due to improper angles of the chair and low height from the ground). But the worst part is the customer service. After only about two weeks I decided to return it back and requested a return. But surprisingly the seller replied your period for returning has passed!!! I tried to contact them again and again and they unbelievably repeated the same answer, even after amazon approval I sent the item back to them. Finally, I was lucky that Amazon warranty covered the price. But the energy, time and getting nervous was not worth buying from them. If there was a way to give Zero stars, I would definitely give it to them
