Love this! It saved my life! I got mastitis 4 times in the first 2 months as a new mother and never again after I started taking this daily. It was recommended by my Lactation consultant. THIS IS NOT HALAL
In the picture it shows the halal stamp certification but the one I received was NOT halal and had bovine gelatin in it 😅! And no halal stamp

there is bovine gelatin so be careful otherwise the capsules are much too big
