The product works as advertised. I was skeptical at first, but the price was worth it. Our cooktop is so shiny and clean, that I could see my reflection on it - not kidding, not an exaggeration. I've never seen our cooktop more clean than before until now. Great product!

The cleaning cream is not that great. You can achieve much better results with baking soda and a drop of water. However, the scraping tool is amazing. It was the only thing that helped me to get rid of molten plastic.

Easiest 5 star I've given on amazon. I had some milk burned into the glass stove top that would not come out with soap or baking soda. Applied this cream and rubbed it with the provided sponge handle and it came out easy like I was in an infomercial. I Never needed to use the included scrapper cause the cream worked its charm in like one minute of rubbing. Am surprised. Well done with whatever wizardry their chemist is doing.

Recently, I turned to the Granite Stone Clean, Polish, and Protect - 24 Ounce, in hopes of revitalizing the lackluster appearance of my marble counter. The product's promise of a streak-free, pH neutral formula for both interior and exterior natural stone seemed like a perfect match for my needs. Upon regular use, I did notice a slight improvement in the surface's appearance. The dullness was somewhat mitigated, bringing back a degree of the counter's former shine. However, the results were modest and didn't quite align with my expectations of a complete restoration to its original luster. This product might be better suited as a maintenance tool, ideal for upkeeping the condition of natural stone surfaces that haven't lost too much of their shine. It seems to provide a protective layer that can help prevent future wear, but for those looking for a dramatic restoration effect, it may fall a bit short. The Granite Stone Clean, Polish, and Protect appears more like a piece in the puzzle of stone care rather than a standalone miracle solution.

Having tried various cleaners this hands down is the best. Yes you pay a fair price but the product is quality and the effectiveness leaves a decent shine. Grease removal is good and the pads have not caused any scratches.

Bought this for someone who wanted to clean 🫧 his stove. He had used it prior and was happy with it.

Good product

I was REALLY impressed by this kit. When I moved into my house, the kitchen had been "professionally cleaned." There was some black residue on the flat glass cook top (mostly around the burner rings) that didn't budge after some vigorous scrubbing (even with Magic Eraser pads). Between my own attempts and the pro job prior, I just figured it was permanent burn damage. I ran across this starter kit and thought I would give it a try in order to maintain the surface moving forward. Much to my surprise, I discovered that there's a flawless glass cooktop under that nasty grime! It seriously looks BRAND NEW now, like it's never been used. Note, I didn't get it all of the grime off at once. It took 3 sessions lasting approximately 10-15 each. (This stuff has probably been on there for years.) I found that for this type of deep "de-griming" job, its best to scrub it up with the exfoliant cream and the red pad (get it damp first), let it sit for a few minutes, and then go back and use the scrapper blade on the stubborn grime. BTW: The scrapper blade has NOT scratched the surface of my cooktop up. I don't know how this possible, considering how much I used it, just reporting the truth. I should also include that I'm not particularly talented at cleaning. Eg: I'm not that friend you call over to help you clean your oven. Usually, my own work pales in comparison to that of a professional cleaning service. The fact that I had such great results with this stuff says a lot about the effectiveness of the product. Now I use this stuff about once a week. I usually only need to bust out the scraper blade when something spills and gets burned into the surface. Oh yeah, I also love the Weiman Stainless Steel Cleaner/Polish and Daily Granite Cleaner. Between the 3, I can get my kitchen looking really nice in a short period of time.
