Broken/defective/useless
As most all others reported, its DOA. No way to change the batteries. Since I cannot return it, I plan to take it apart and post videos along with my assessment of why this toy doesn't work.

Cheap entertainment for 11 year old daughter.
Doesn't work everytime, but it definitely gives you a shock when it does work. Daughter loves it and it's cheap so why not. You don't get to pick your color though.

Defective - Does not work, dead battery
And to top off not working they have flagged this item as food so you cannot use the normal return process. You need to call in to the amazon support line to request a refund.

Works but died after 3 days.
My son wanted this so I reluctantly bought it. It died after 3 days though and no way to fix the battery.
