Does it have different textures? On my first order the capsule is matte and bigger, the second order the capsule of glossy

I dont know which is the cause, but it happened to me too. Sometimes more matte, sometimes little more glossy. I bought them in different part of the world. maybe better to ask to the company directly

I would usually take two capsules 2 hours before I sleep and honestly I dont really feel getting sleepy after.. BUT what really changed for me is the quality of my sleep! Ive been wanting to get uninterrupted sleep for a long, and this product is making it happen.
