Got the cream spilling all over the place in a bubble wrap
Now i am skeptical about using it as its already open

Loose and leaky cap pump
Came few minutes ago still warm from the heat. When I opened it, the pump cap was loose and leaky. I'm having second thoughts to Use it since creams should be heatproof and should be sealed with bubble wrap at least. Disappointed 🙁

My item was broken when I received it,I contacted the seller and they refunded me AND gave me -20% off my next order! I’ll definitely order again and the lotion is awesome as always!

It's my first time buying this so I'd don't know what it should feel smell like but when I received the product it was leaking outside..it was already opened and there was a tape put around it...smells acidic horrible nasty and it's unbearable.
