هي مطحونة طحنة خشنة فلو هتستخدمها للقهوة التركي لازم تطحنها طحنه كمان علشان تنعم و كمان التحويجة بتاعتها فيها فواكه مجففة و دي حاجة اللي متعود على القهوة الشرقي ممكن يحسها غريبة بس اللي بيحب الكابتشينو بانواعه او بيحب التحويجة المسكرة هيحبها جدا مشكلتي الوحيدة معاها انها بتاخد وقت اكبر في السوى و مش عارف ليه
