بصراحة عجبني…. ولاحظت فرق عند الأرداف والبطن…. طبعا مع نظام غذائي وتمارين خلال النهار واكيييد لاتروحي تشربي مشروب غازية وتقولي ماعم استفيددد…. طبيعي ماحدا بيستفيد اذا ماعمل على نظام غذائي جيد

u can see the improvement with consistent application, I didn't expect it to be effective but I can say maybe 30% it does improve the appearance of the skin
