No seal
First time I open the lid of an Option Nutrition product and didn't find a seal.

Cookies and cream is amazing. I drink once a day and never tire of it. High quality, taste great even with water! The macros are the best around the ingredients are very good!

Would not recommend cookies and cream flavour, it’s filled with cookie chunks which don’t dissolve in water. It might be good if you incorporate it into your cooking eg some pastries, but you would be better off with chocolate/vanilla flavours if you just want a shake to mix with water/milk.

Casein is an underrated supplement and this a great version of it. Great taste, decent value.

I will rave about Optimum Nutrition all day, they make excellent SIMPLE products that don't include a bunch of fluff and they don't try and market themselves by promising that their products will do things for you that others won't. Their Casein protein is no exception. Their products are efficient and effective, and they taste good. Don't buy proteins that have a bunch of extra stuff in it (vitamins, BCAA's, etc.). While those are important and you should definitely be consuming them in one form or another, don't let a company mark up their protein 40% because they threw some extra stuff in their. In most cases, you can get better and more effective vitamins or BCAA's for less money by just buying them separately. Educate yourself on Casein in order to decide if it is right for you, and if it is, buy this stuff. It is worth noting that casein protein powder is much thicker then whey protein when you mix it with water and drink it, just something to be prepared for. When comparing different proteins, look at the nutrition facts and look at how much of the calories in a serving are coming from protein. When you are taking PROTEIN powder you expect most of the calories to be coming from protein right? You might be surprised by what you find out.

Probably one of the best powders I've tried. Mixes well, no clumps and tastes great, no nasty aftertaste. Literally my only gripe is that they put these little crunchy chocolate crisps in the mix that do not blend or melt. They immediately sink to the bottom so you're left with these all over your blender bottle. Not sure why they did that as it's a drink, not something you chew. Pretty sure this issue is exclusive to the cookie and cream tubs. If it wasn't for that it'd be 5/5 stars.
