Michael Symon's BBQ: BBQ and More from the Grill, Smoker, and Fireplace

I bought this for the BBQ chicken with blackberry recipe and it was delicious. I also liked the grilled corn recipe. The book is layed out nice and has some interesting ways of cooking. I'm not sure I'll ever cook in my inside fireplace being in California but I thought it was an interesting thought. I think his method of arranging coals was rather unique and enlightening a I've done a bunch of cooking on coals and do find it annoying that they always burn out too quick. With his methods of arranging the coals it makes them last a lot longer. Thanks!

Great Book. Lot's of great ideas. Loy's of recipes I will make. Made the pickled red onions, and they are almost gone. Time to make more.

Got this as a gift for my cousin who hunts and has a Traeger. It was a hit. His first words, "Love Michael Symon." The structure of the book was logical and informative for novices in the carnivore arena, but the creativity and Symon-heritage recipes offered plenty of inspiration for Traeger grill masters as well. The beautiful photographs suggest this could find a home on the coffee table if one's kitchen library is 100% digitized.

This was a gift to brother in law that loves to cook and try new recipes. He was excited to try some new recipes!!
