Got this as a gift for my cousin who hunts and has a Traeger. It was a hit. His first words, "Love Michael Symon." The structure of the book was logical and informative for novices in the carnivore arena, but the creativity and Symon-heritage recipes offered plenty of inspiration for Traeger grill masters as well. The beautiful photographs suggest this could find a home on the coffee table if one's kitchen library is 100% digitized.
