The Bora Portamate Speedhorse XT sawhorses are strong benches designed for contractors and carpenters. They set up quickly and fold down easily. You can adjust the legs to a height between 30 and 36 inches, making it simple to get just the right height. They are made entirely of metal and have slots for 2x4 boards so that you can create a flat surface. They are heavy, and can hold a lot of weight; I had no issues using them to support quartz countertops.

Fantastic, sturdy, and easy to use.

First thing you notice is how heavy they are. They feel really solid and just a little less so with the legs out. The built in features are pretty nice including the slots for 2x4’s on the edges. The adjustable legs are a great feature for uneven ground. The top of the horses have a heavy duty grip tape on them if you decide not to use wood. Side to side feels pretty sturdy for being a portable sawhorse but still not solid like the old school hand made ones. The down side to these is most of the horse is made out of metal. Except, some of the critical parts. The latch to release the legs and the holder mechanism are plastic. Beyond that the latch itself that holds the leg in is essentially a little plastic tab. One for each leg. I can’t see that standing up to tough conditions. I’m also concerned with how thin the leg steel is and its ability to hold the advertised weight of 1800lbs each. I’m going to put them to a real test soon with a stack of drywall. That will tell the story. -1 start for the plastic mechanism after using metal most places. The leg extensions feel like fiberglass but reasonably sturdy. They came so far with the product design and it feels like they just gave up with the last details. That being said it seems these are nice overall compared to the available options on the market.

These sawhorses are rock solid and the adjustable height is a real game-changer. I use them for everything from cutting plywood to supporting long boards. Fast setup, strong construction, and no wobble at all. Worth every penny for serious work.

Very well built to say the leastdefiantly construction grade, they do weigh a lot.They feel and look like the best I have ever seen .EXPENSIVE but worth it !!!

I hate when you buy something on Amazon that is expensive to return, and it is a factory reject.The pictures I included show each end of the sawhorse, showing how it should look and showing the defect. Both saw horses have the exact same defect.As a sanity check, I compared the two saw horses and the defects are definitely different. It is not some sort of oddly intentional concave structure. You can see the different impact points on each as you look close up, except that the paint is pristine. If you zoom in on the picture that shows both, you can see that one kind of looks smoothly round, and the other looks like it was hit by and edged object... With pristine paint left.... I MUST CONCLUDED THAT THESE ARE FACTORY REJECTS THAT THESE PEOPLE ARE SELLING INTENTIONALLY.These saw horses are nice except for when end of each of them has been beaten with something that left no mark. The alleged strong supports that allow you to make a table, which is one of the primary functions of the saw horses, are bent up in the paint has not a single Mar.Either is the factory reject and was sold knowingly as such, or it is a return that someone damaged through some sort of testing, which I really can't figure what would be since there's not a single Mar on the paint.There was no damage to the box or the interior packaging.... No evidence of the box being dropped, and to do this kind of damage to steal, the box would have been destroyed.Weak steel, probably not either. Poor quality control and just a low opinion of the customer...that's all.
