Don't believe those negative reviews - each baby is different
I'll give this 4 stars as it is pricy and apparently not very sturdy although ours still lasts.The design is a bit over-engineerd, but it helps the baby drink better from the bottle as well as the breast. We have their pump and you go from pump directly to feeding the baby with the same bottle if you like. Very practical.
