After staying in a hotel where they had fixed high pressure shower heads I have been looking to install the same at home. Previously I tried with a cheap plastic model and it came apart from the pressure in our water pipes. This item is perfect. High quality metal shower head so can withstand the higher pressure. The very fine streams of water also helps to cool down the water during the summer when the water from the cold water tap is too hot: fix the shower head above the bath tub and then sit in the tub while showering. The short distance the water travels, combined with the very fine streams, cools down the water to a comfortable temperature. And with the higher pressure, you don't need to open the faucet fully so you save water.

It's a good quality, I just hoped that it comes with buttun to change the strength of the water. Update: the pipe didn't hold more than a month. It couldn't handle the pressure and I had to buy new one.
