Yes. In fact, I used to own the 645z. Don't get me wrong, the Z is an amazing camera, and can probably be had for a lower price since the 645x (I believe it's called,) will be coming out at some point in 2018. The reason I switched from the Z to the GFx was for two reasons. One, size. If you put the two cameras side by side, and mounted their respective zooms, the Gfx is a LOT smaller and lighter than the Z is. The Pentax 28-45 zoom is huge, and way to large to be using in the field for any amount of time. As a landscape photographer, this was a big deal for me. Two, customer service. Fujifilm has an AMAZING track record with servicing and repairing cameras in house, whereas Pentax makes you send the camera to Precision Camera Repair. Please look this company up and read their reviews. I had to send my Z out and they kept it all summer, then sent it abroad, only to have it come back to me and say they couldn't repair it, and charge me $400 for flying it around the world. I have to say, aside from these two reasons, and take it from someone who has used both cameras, the Fujifilm GF lenses ARE sharper, and resolve more detail. I have seen this first hand. One added bonus, I use the X100f for street photography, and I am in love with the Acros-R film simulation. The fact that the GFx camera includes the same film simulations in-camera is pretty sweet.

Simple answer is NO; no adapters, and these excellent lenses do not come close to covering the GFX sensor, they are designed to cover an apsc sensor and are very compact
