Q: The wheel on my mouse activates the volume control, the DPI will mute it and the 2 buttons on the side don't seem to activate anything. any fixes?

the 2 buttons on the side is forward or backward, may you can try it on another computer.

Q: How well does this work with World of Tanks? Is there a sniper option on the mouse?

No there is not. In the game, there should be a controls settings, so go there and add or change the button/key that puts you in sniper mode.

Q: Does this work with an xbox one?

I personally have not tested this because I don't own an xbox but since this keyboard and mouse don't necessarily need you to install special drivers it should work as long as xbox supports using a mouse and keyboard in the first place
