This was a great product. If i had to complain about anything. It would be it doesnt fit in car cup holders. If it would taper some at the bottom it might fit. As of now its just to round to fit. It keeps your beverage cold. I keep water an ice in mine an it still has ice in it the next evening. I dont drink coffee or anything just water so I cant tell you if it keeps it hot or not.
