The first time I had a bartholin gland cyst (which has become a reoccurring annoyance) I was in so much pain and freaked out. I didn't know what to do but after a frantic google search I came across Prid. I had never heard of it but decided to give it a try. SO GLAD I DID!! Cleared it up in no time and now at the first sign of it coming back I put some Prid on it and its gone before it becomes a painful problem again

Q: what type of cysts will this help with?

Prid helps best if there is a pinhole or larger opening. If your boil hasn't opened yet it's best to use 40% zinc paste until it opens. This would be extra strength diaper rash paste. Once the boil opens the prid will draw out the remaining infection/poison. I hope this answer helps. Inam 48 my family has used prid for my whole life and longer. We only recently (about 10-12 years ago) found out about the zinc paste thru trial and error mainly as well as research. Best wishes for great health.

2XHPUS is listed after the word ichthammol on the container. Sorry but I've no clue as to what that means.

Q: What is the shelf life of Prid?

I had my first container for about 12 months and it never dried out. It could have lasted even longer
