I dabble in CPU mining. My little farm had grown to the point where I had ATX power supplies all over the place and they took up as much room as the motherboard itself. These Pico PSUs run off 12V so there's multiple ways to power them. Using a 1200W server PSU and a breakout board you can power 1 to about 8 CPU mining rigs, depending upon how much wattage you are drawing per rig. In the attached pic you can see I have 8 rigs in a small footprint. I used to have only 4 in this space b/c the ATX PSU took up half a shelf. I recommend these slightly more expensive 300W Pico PSUs over the cheaper 200/250 watt versions. More PSU headroom is always a good idea. Been running these for about a month now, no issues at all. Highly recommended.

I bought this unit as a replacement for a less powerful model. It did the trick and the motherboard powered up right away. I have been using it ever since and I have had no complaints. It get a good review from me.

Works great with a portable ITX computer I built. Would definitely recommend if you're needing an alternative power source for computer.

I bought this to put into a mini ITX pfsense build I was doing and it worked great. It's been running for about a year now and I have had zero issues.

I bought this to replace a nano-type PSU which was somehow sending noise (ground loop buzz plus intermittent sputtering) over HDMI and TOSlink. It took drilling for L-brackets to mount it in my Wesena mini-ITX case. Plugged it in, turned it on, hooked it up, and the noise is gone! (Well there's a very low level ground buzz with my ear within an inch or 2 of the speaker: I can live with that.) I don't know if the other PSU board was defective or simply attaching the ground wire on this one did the trick (the nanu didn't have a ground wire) but I wish I'd tried this before spending a lot of money on less effective isolators etc. Giving 4 stars only because it's new and reliability is not confirmed. Great value.
