Disappointed because the product has leaked in the courier :(

Missing items!!
I received only the shampoo and the conditioner, the hard water packets were missing, didn't receive any of them. Very disappointed.

Waste of money
Read so many nice reviews and was happy to buy it. Now after 4 wash I just noticed whenever I wash my hair, they become so so dry and frizzy, Also so rough. I stopped using it cus didnāt work for me. I donāt know if itās a fake product or original cus I ordered it from Amazon and canāt fine this in Dubai. Sad that my money is wasted :/
