Time to cook!
I was looking for a way to manage and track house kitchen tasks and this was the perfect planner for it. Can schedule not only the dinner plans but who is making dinner along with dishes, cleaning and shopping.

Okay here is the deal. This is a really nice book and well put together, however the bonus stuff you get (PRINTABLES AND TIPS) you can easily find on the internet with a simple google search. The book itself is a really great way to keep track of your weekly and future meal planning. I especially like the Expense Tracker portion at the back of the book.The only thing I'd change about this book is the price. It seems a little pricey for what you get.I plan on using this book being that I did spend the money on it, but next time I will be buying a more affordable book that basically does the same thing, but without all the added fluff.

Planning is key when changing habits
Today was my first day of a 20 cleanse...raw fruits and veggies only. I've never done such a long cleanse and tracking what I need and what I eat is vital to my success. After the 20 days I plan on continuing to use the book, because frankly, I forget what I eat during the day. This way I can plan the night before and just eat what I've written, when the next day is here. I love everything about this little book. As you can see, each two are your Monday-Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner trackers. There a place on each weeks page for a shopping list, your goal, your budget, what you're thankful for and notes. Then there's a place for recipes, a section on foods and their essential vitamins, some snack suggestions and a place to write your own, and a large note section which I plan on using to write the exercising I do each day. Plus there are stickers which are fun to use for milestones and goals met. This book has met all my needs of keeping track of my daily meal and snack intakes. Highly recommend.

The book is flexible enough to meet the needs of everyone who eats.
Because the planner is undated it can be used as often or as infrequently as needed and adapted to individual needs. I can see it being used to track diets for weight loss or health conditions. I have started using this book for planning my meals. On each day's space I add the name of the dish I plan to make and the recipe source, and II create my shopping list for the week as I look at the recipes. The budgeting section doesn't really fill a need for me, but I am adding a few little recipes to the recipe section and a master list in the notes section. Versatile and useful book.

Warped pages don’t effect function
I like this planner, however, I have the same issue that another reviewer mentioned. The planner is warped and has “smashed” pages toward the back that seem to extend further out than the rest of the pages. It is still functional and I’m excited to get my meal planning in order!
