20th Century Masters: The Millennium Collection - The Best Of Dusty Springfield

I remember falling in love with Dusty's unique voice and her songs when I was a young girl. Hearing these songs again is so uplifting. The memories flood back, warm my heart, and put a big smile on my face.

I first heard this lady sing when I was living in Germany singing "You don't have to say you love me" and she completely stole my heart. The tone of her voice is so unique that it will keep on ringing in your ears for a long time. So glad I found this album!! Thanks again Amazon!

The first five songs played loud and clear. After that there was no sound to be had.

Remembering long ago music is wonderful, when words could be understood. Great compilation of good music.

She is one of my favorite singers from my teens and afterward. Wanted this album on my pc so i could make compilations using some of her songs.

20th Century Masters did not disappoint with this best of collection of theThe British songtress Dusty Springfield. Ms. Springfield, was another talented artist of the British invasion of the sixties and seventies. Her music personna had a distinct vocal range and presentation. Unlike in revolutionary times, only this time they captured our musical tastes.This is the CD to add to your collection.

Dusty has a fine voice and she sings with character. This collection had the five songs I was looking for: "I Only Want to be With You, Stay Awhile, Wishin' And Hopin,You Don't Have to Say You Love Me, and The Look of Love." The booklet obviously features a nice portrait of a petty girl.

Love their music!

Love thes 20th Century series. Gives you a snip it of music from years gone by. Bought the album for the Wishin' and Hopin' track, which is worth the cost of the album.
