these are essentule for me they keep anything cold or hot for hours

I bought one 6 years ago on QVC and love it still works great keeps food warm. Was looking to buy more but QVC no longer sells product but found on amazon same brand bought them. Poor quality one container has a broken piece that inserts into handle notice that lids now are not all plastic like the one I bought from QVC lids underneath are made with metal don't know if that makes a difference. I was thinking of returning but will keep them not sure how warm they will keep food warm have not used them yet.

I am delighted to have found these again. They really work, keeping food hot or cold for hours. I needed them right away and they arrived quickly. Great service.

I've been a long-time Amazon customer, and since having had my child 3 years ago I've done most of my shopping on Amazon. I rarely write reviews, and if I do, then the product either really impressed me or left me greatly disappointed. Unfortunately, this is one of those cases where I'm left scratching my head as to how such a product was allowed to be shipped. I'm pretty sure I received used items. I've attached photos, and you can see for yourself. First of all, the dishes arrived in a very beat-up box. Then, upon trying the lids in the dishes it turns out only the largest thermal dish's lid fit on the dish. The middle one doesn't fit and can't close, and the smallest dish' lid is broken! Finally, the lids themselves have these dirty suds on them. The set is definitely going back, and I'm going back to only purchasing products with many customer reviews with 4+ rating.

Very lightweight. Does not keep food hot for very long. However if you fill them with hot water for awhile I think it helps keep food hot. They are nice serving bowls so I decided to keep them.

Kept the mashed potatoes warm for a while on thanksgiving. Works for me! Large bowl was a lot bigger than I was expecting it to be which is obviously a good thing.

Keeps food hot for several hours. Lids lock in place,though not leakproof.

Loved it at first, but after a month of use the lid began to separate, therefore the locking mechanism no longer will latch. I was very careful not to get too much water on while cleaning, but the steam from the hot food was enough to cause the insulating material in the lid to swell, causing the separation. Sad.
