Am a regular consumer of Oladole products, this time tried their psy husk powder for the last 2 months and its really the best husk Ive had thus far, great quality & doesnt lumpup like other brands (even in a protein shaker), which was a big surprise..auto subscribed to it..

First off the powder is much more potent and concentrated than just psyllium husk. So you don't need to use as much. Secondly, it's a great addition to homemade bread - something I make every week. Adds a great texture and additional fiber. Third, everybody needs fiber to control their weight and remove toxins. Highly recommended product....and and absolute necessity for me.
