Nature's Bounty Ginger Root Pills And Herbal Health Supplement, 550 Mg, 100 Capsules

As a natural anti-inflammatory, I take Ginger Root 2-3 times a day for various symptoms. ACID REFLUX: I used to pop a prescription-strength acid reflux pill daily, but the side-effects of those drugs made me leery of continuing the practise. So I switched to Ginger Root. Taking 2 of these in the morning, with a single booster before dinner? No acid reflux for over 3 years now. My diet has only changed marginally, so this is a cure-all IMO. The Nature's Bounty brand is reliable and efficient. The capsules are fairly sizeable and take some getting used to, but if you can;t swallow them, its' simple enough to drop them into a cup of water and let them dissolve, then down the liquid.

I have relied on this for decades. Without everyday use I experience significant dizziness. It also assists with digestion (chemo wrecks havoc on digestive enzymes). Many moons ago, when I flew full time, I would get ill onboard if I missed more than a two day dosage. I was an RN & I studied this herb extensively before using it. Unlike Dramamine it does not cause sleepiness and for me, efficacy is high. Initially I used fresh organic slices for a home-brewed tea. A pungent but very inexpensive option. No complaints. Did what it's supposed to and didn't notice any false advertising. An interesting innovation my family discovered is that you can open up the pill, as it's just something like ginger powder inside. And then use the ginger powder to make tea or other food haha.

This brand is very potent. I have used several other brands and none of them were this strong, pure, potent. I have a sensitive heart. When I would take extra ginger capsules in my previous brands, that is 4 capsules a day, I developed heart flutters or PVC. When I reduced other brands back to 2 capsules, it stopped, This brand if I take 2 capsules, I get that heart fluttering. When I take just 1 a day of this brand, the heart flutters stop. So I just have to take 1 capsule a day vs other brands of 2 a day. Same benefits. I take ginger to increase my appetite, stop vertigo/motion sickness, prevent nausea, headaches/migraines, increase immunity, blood thinner, helps sinuses, thins fluid in my ears as well. Ginger is the miracle drug for all my medical problems.

Great product that is really surprising. Try this for a headache or other pain. You will keep asking yourself, did this really work? I'm still amazed it stopped a migraine that had building for 2 hours. I should have taken it sooner, but I didn't think it would help. I don't take any drugs as I don't want to just cover up a symptom. At least with ginger, it can possibly give me something that my body is missing. I've never been deficient of a drug, so I'm not a fan of them and there are so many dangers in using them.
