You can measure the density of coffee you brew. I use it for my pour coffee and cold brew coffee. The ideal TDS for coffee is 1.25. You can check if your coffee is over-extracted or under-extracted.

Q: Can it measure caffeine content inside coffee with milk? Will the milk inside the coffee affect the result?

This device is useful for measuring TDS of brewed coffee to calculate extraction. As far as I know it is not useful for determining caffeine content and is not intended to measure coffee that is mixed with milk.
