I started having kind net pain out of nowhere and wanted to see if I could get it to improve on its own before going to the doctor. A friend recommended these and it helped almost immediately. Also, as a pleasant side effect, it seemed to reduce my appetite as well.

Tested well for my body for absorption. When replace, will buy again.

I have problems swallowing pills. This one is not too large, but still got stuck in my throat a few times and I developed a fear of taking it. So, here is what worked for me. In the morning, on an empty stomach, take a shakeable drinking container (I have a little bottle with a top). Mix the contents of the capsule in half water half juice. Shake like crazy because it's not easy to dissolve, then drink it. Follow with breakfast right away. This works quite well. No stomach problems like you would feel if you did not eat immediately afterwards, and also no need to worry about having it stuck in your throat. For me, it seems to help with neuropathy.
