My 6-year-old son loves it.

10 lbs of fill is enough, after using for a bit I found that for my son the arms are to big around and not long enough. the arms are awkwardly attached to the front instead of the sides and the shoulders are to broad for the size of the dummy. This creates an unrealistic proportion when he uses it for grappling.

It is good for young athletes. Hands are sticking out too much- would have made them a bit shorter. Otherwise, my 4 yr old judoka uses it every day.

Son loves it.
