It doesnt work. It was changed, after that no interaction. App to device is not available in UAE for iOS. Waste of money

They ring looks great, but the App is no longer available for download, so it's absolutely useless!

i liked the ring initially and everything worked fine for about 3 months. Now, i charge it and the battery drains off within an hour so it makes the ring completely useless. I requested a repair and the ring came back with some lame explanation and no improvement whatsoever. This is a waste of money

Bought the ring, loved the look and feel, but could not find a IOS app available in UAE. Even following the link within the packaging doesn't get you to a link " access denied " appears. Try to contact customer support on Instagram.. they were last online in 2019.. Definitely do not buy this product if you are in the UAE.

App not working. It became useless

The product looks good, feels good, but that doesn’t mean a thing if it doesn’t work. It just won’t sync unless its charging, and won’t record any data. Contacted the manufacturer and they told me it was a software issue. Emailed them again, and they did respond promptly, but they did not feel obliged to give me reassurance that the issue would be resolved. I was very excited about purchasing this product. It was a birthday gift for my mother.

Authentic product. Good service when I needed to replace. The use/functionality is per your preference as a user. Do your research first. Just to note that I have seen relatively accurate HR and sleeping pattern analysis

This product does not work, you cannot install the app and even if you get the device still does not read your vitals or connect properly with the phone

I threw out my constantly malfunctioning fitbit for this and don't regret it. Ordering the sizing set in advance is a great idea as the ring fits a little differently due to the heart rate tracker (its ok though, you get a discount when you buy the ring). I found other more expensive motiv rings on the Australian amazon site, thankfully the support team pointed me to this entry (and saved me heaps in the process!) Pros - It works as a step counter, sleep monitor and heart rate monitor. - The app on Android is good enough at tracking this stuff, but it would be nice to be able to dive in to some of the stats a bit more easily - Syncing with Google Fit works and then allows me to track exercise back in MyFitnessPal (which I use for meal tracking) - The sleep tracking seems magically accurate - I have no idea on the step tracking accuracy but it seems ballpark similar to my old fitness devices so I assume its fine - It looks like a regular ring - The "spin to sync" function is amazing. I can't believe not everyone talks about this always - It ships with two chargers and a keyring holder which is very thoughtful Cons - I originally received the wrong colour which was a bit disappointing, they are fixing this though - The Android App could certainly be better - I've had some difficulty charging my ring, but its always worked out - You can wear it all the time, but sometimes I feel a bit weird exercising in it, so I still switch to a sports watch for real exercise and just use this for day-to-day tracking - Amazon Australia is a bit of a trashfire of a site and shipping is horrible. This is nothing to do with the motiv ring, but its worth noting when you order.
