These work well. The slim your look alot but if you're moving they tend to ride up.

I’m 6’3” 267 lbs on a weight loss journey but I have lots of muscle. I normally now wear XL and read lots of reviews and decided on XXL. I’m glad I did because xxl is just right. I think if I ordered any size less they would pudge out body parts showing rolls. Mostly around my lats and chest chubs. And then the tummy and love handles when sitting. They are really nice and the length seems wonderful so they fit well into my short/underwear by about 6-8 inches. Perfect. They are actually quite thin and seem well made and breathable. The quality seems good I just wish the chest and lat area was wider to really grab those areas and keep them nice and supported. But for the price they’re actually pretty nice. Warmth seems decent - they will probably make you sweat more than without one. They’re comfortable around my loose skin on my entire upper body basically. I look forward to running with them so I’m not self conscious that I’m jiggling and flopping everywhere. The width of the straps at the shoulders are smaller than I’d prefer as well. I wish they were an inch or more wider. But that’s just something I noticed since I have bigger wider shoulders. I plan on washing them on cold and hang drying them to preserve their integrity for as long as possible. The highlight of these is the length and tummy/ abdomen/ chest tightness for me. The entire purpose of this is to be tight and slimming. It seems like lots of these reviews simply don’t understand that. Which is weird because they’re the ones that’s specifically searched for that type of item. 5/5 for the price and quality and length. If you wear snug shirts normally - order 1 size up from that. If you wear baggie or loose shirts normally order true to size of those shirts. (If you rock a 3x loose then order 3x in this)

Very happy with these, I've purchased several. I wear a 3XL t shirt. For these, I go with a size L for compression. You'll be fine. They're holding up well, comfortable, or as comfortable as you could ask for the purpose. Not scratchy, doesn't overheat you. Good length, not too short.

Ordered these and was a little skeptical of how good the quality would be in them. They are tricky to put on as they are tight (the intended purpose). The first time wearing one was a little uncomfortable, but the material quickly stretched to fit. Compared to similar items, these are well worth the money. I wear business clothes and this helps to keep the undershirts in place. Was a little disappointed in the washing instructions, however I did a test run on a delicate cycle in the wash machine and did not see any issues.

I've been on a weight loss journey and anyone who knows how your body can change, thing get soft and saggy and can be alittle unflattering. These keep shirts keep my torso firm and especially great for me to work out in, it does not restrict my mobility. My wife says I look good in then to. It makes me feel much less self conscious. Word of advice, put them on like it says. Lol. True to size.

I picked these up to try out the whole "body sculpting" thing. Not sure what they were trying to sculpt here. First - regardless of what they state, order in the size you CURRENTLY wear. For me, that is XL. Trust me. Even with this advice it was trying to squeeze the can of SPAM back into the can. I felt it snugly against myself, however there was little to no change in appearance. In fact, put a couple tennis balls inside of a tube sock and that is close to what you have here. 100% NOT as advertised and it doesn't shape you in any way. IF the point is to order a size below (or as they recommend) I would have no idea what lengths you would have to go through or what heavy machinery you need to just put this on. As it was, I considered calling emergency services for the jaws of life to get me out of the XL size. I would assume a smaller one I would just have to wait for my body to absorb and hope that it will be dissolved by my white blood cells in due time. HIGHLY recommend to avoid this and other shaping products of this ilk. They are just a money grab. PS - Ladies, you have earned another level of respect from me and your use of these type of products... I will be adding these garments, from both genders, into the "mid-evil torturing device" category.

The material of the shirts, is satisfactory,however the sizing chart is miss leading and inaccurate, resulting in several returns.

I recently had hernia surgery and my surgeon recommended wearing these shirts for the first few months while everything heals. I found these and loved the price, and I ordered the size Large, even though I wear a Medium, because I saw the reviews saying order bigger. That was a good idea, but even with the larger size, they were very uncomfortable. I was getting ready to leave a lower review, when I saw that you don’t put these on like a regular shirt, you pull them up from the bottom. Weird, but okay, I’ll give it a try. When I put it on that way, it’s actually quite comfortable and I don’t have the problems with it that I did when I put it on over my head. I don’t know why this makes a difference, but for some reason, it does. I have washed these several times now, and they are still holding their shape and working the way they are supposed to. So far, I’m happy with them. Just read all of the information so you order the correct size and you put them on the correct way.

Fantastic quality material. A bit of a struggle to get into but holds all ya bits in .. would recommend..
