So far product works well. Only complaint is that the 2.5 backing plate I received doesn't connect to the machine as the metal bit sticking out is too thin. The smaller one fits perfectly.

Detailing since 1984 and stubborn when trying new equipment, Now I cant put this rotary polisher down for the life of me. I use it for decals, chrome trip, engine cleaning, and polishing high end exhaust like Corsa and magna flow. securing funds to buy everything Maxshine/Shinemaster for my shop.
