I bought an original Samsung toner cartridge as spare. It arrived on time, package was in perfect conditions, no issues at all with the delivery.When the printer showed the message asking to replace the toner, I did it carefully following the instructions, but it was showing a message "Toner not compatible".It is the right toner cartridge, double checked. The printer was working perfectly until I replaced the toner. I've checked everything, but it just doesn't work.As a summary, I've paid AED 160 to have a replacement cartridge ready to be used when necessary. But I've wasted my money and cannot use the printer, what is a big annoyance for me.Now, I have to decide to buy another cartridge or buy another printer. Neither of them will be Samsung again.
