I installed a filtration system inline with my tankless water heater. These filters last us about every three months. It is extremely surprising at how much sediment this filter catches. At the end of three months the filter is brown in color. Very happy with the quality of the filters the hold up and filter very well!

The filters are intended for an Osmosis drinking water installation that is 14 years old and hard to find. They fit perfectly, work even better and were at a great price. Shipping was fast and the supplier is very responsive and helpful. I couldn't be a happier customer. I will be back for more.

I put together a diy reverse osmosis system, and this 1 micron sediment filter is first in line when filtering incoming water. Although this filter doesn't filter out dissolved elements, I want to give my RO filter the longest life possible, and keeping out sediment is part of that equation. Installation was as easy as you can imagine, and materials appear just as good as the name brand.

I bought these filters for sediment purposes. I have well water and wanted something to help with the sediment. They are working just as I wanted. I will have to replace mine more frequently because of the heavy sediment, but I am used to that issue. I will purchase these again.

My Water Softener died and I had a new one installed. The installer recommended and installed a filter in line before the water softener because my well water iron level is so high. He gave me a free filter and when I searched to buy more of the brand that he gave me, I was shocked by the price of that and other brands. So, I did my research and found these filters on Amazon. They work just as well as the more expensive one that my installer gave me and cost less. I highly recommend these filters.

The filter should have been a 1 micron unit as depicted in the amazon picture, but mine said 20 micron on the insignia. It is to be noted that it said 1 micron in big bold letters, but on the data plate is stated 20 micron. I use these for kegging beer after brewing it, and it flowed very fast, and did not filter much, to indicate that it in fact was a 20 micron, not a 1 micron. It could be a simple mistake, but as mine says both 20 and 1 micron, I am not sure what happened. I cannot use the filters for the purpose I bought them, which is a shame. I understand that 1 star is really bad, but in this competitive market, seller should check the indication on the units being sold, as to avoid this kind of situation. I will leave it @ 1 star pending future correspondence.
