As another reviewer says, a little goes a long way. With age, I have the gravity thing going on, hence, friction along the bra line and prone to the developing rash that goes with it. Monistat Powder Gel works to help keep it dry as well as lubricated at the same time, and to keep everything much more comfortable. But what I find works the very best on this sort of mild affliction is an application of the Monistat and then on top of it after a few seconds of allowing to dry, an application of Tinactin Foot Powder pressed into it from palm of hand. Being diligent with a couple of daily applications of both products, washing, thoroughly drying (final dry w/ hair dryer) and using NO moisturizer on the area before each application, and then another application after shower before bed, has worked better than anything else (including prescriptions) to keep the discomfort and the rash under control and from getting out of hand. Other things that aid is using mild body wash that rinses clean and isn’t heavily scented (e.g. Method brand), WITHOUT added moisturizers… and that I don’t use a bath towel more than twice before getting a fresh one out, and hang any damp towel so it’ll dry fastest between showers and while waiting to be laundered; keeps bacteria and other microorganisms at bay that can otherwise aggravate the problem.

It deserves all the praise. I understand that it is a bit costly but trust me - this is a must for men during Hajj & Umrah.
