These were bought for use after a total knee replacement surgery, and they did NOT disappoint. They were excpetional--everything I could have hoped for at a fraction of the cost of other ice packs. Perfect for 20 min on/off necessary for TKR therapy. And because they come in a pack of 4, you always have a couple to go on the turn-around! Froze very well, kept their chill, and refroze quickly. I love the compactness and flexibility of them. The quality seems perfect, and they are a bit flexible to help with comfort--they are not a perfect 10 here, as they are not a true gel substance but for most purposes, I think they are fine. They do become more flexible and maleable as you massagge them. Would purchase again!

This was a big upgrade to my old ice packs. Folds nicely in freezer, even say compact for how substantial the surface actually is. Material is soft to lay on and stays cold for an adequate amount of time. I have not used them for heat yet.

No straps to hold them on, other than that useful for small areas.

Perfect size ! Great for a sore back as well as a bad knee. It’s good to have a backup so you have a cold pack when needed.

Great value for the money. They are a large very functional size. They get cold, very easy and stay cold after taking them out for a good amount of hours. Extremely comfortable on the skin. This size would be good to use on multiple different places.

Size is good, but they do not stay cold very long and one broke during the first use

I loved getting two ice packs. They work well they are lighter and stand up in my freezer drawer.

These packs are great for my lower back pain. They found into three sections so I can cover a small, medium or large area. They hold the cold well and don't freeze sold so the mold to what ever area you need them to. Awesome buy!
