一瓶飲み終わりました。 1日1カプセルで副作用もありませんでした。 亜鉛を酸化している酸の種類で下痢等の症状が出る事が有りますがピコリン酸は大丈夫でした（個人差があります）

亜鉛が成長期の子どもに大切と聞き毎晩１粒ずつ飲ませています。 値段は高いようでも１瓶で180粒入りなので半年ももちます。 １カ月半続けいていますが効果は見えてきていないです。

Yeah nah fantastic product. The serving size is really the braziest part of this product as it lasts literal months. My bottle of this product last 3+ months. And yeah I was spewing when the bottle finished because it became so easy to be consistent in my Zinc supplementation protocol. Can't fault Throne Research Zinc tbh - wish I was getting paid for this review, seriously. 5/5
