Bonjour from Quebec the photo show a white color and your text say tan is it tan or white?

The tape come in either color. The Tan is flesh tone. Specify which color you want. I usually buy it by the box.

Is the outer surface smooth or textured? Want for the bridge of my nose to protect sensitive skin from eyeglass pads but don't want glasses to slip.

It has a slight texture to it. I have found if it's on your skin and gets wet it becomes a bugger to peel off. That might hurt sensitive skin.

Can this tape be used with scar cream

Don’t know if tape can be used with scar cream, but I’d try it. I use it for many things, like covering up mosquito bites, etc. will not be a wasted purchase either way. :)
