Q: I cant get anything to come put for the first time. The ball stays dry. What am i doi g wrong came with no instructions

I discovered quite by accident the solution to this problem of the roller ball being dry with no liquid being applied to your body because it made me angry and I got a bit carried away. You have to shake the bottle up and down very vigorously for several seconds, and get your wrist into the shaking action. This shaking should be done before each attempt to use the applicator and every time during the application process when you hear that kind of dry, scraping sound that the roller ball makes whenever the flow of liquid stops. If you shake the bottle hard enough and long enough, I guarantee you that the roller ball will get wet with the liquid and you will get a satisfactory application.

You won't believe this, BUT the hotline recommends squeezing the "bottle" very hard and press very hard. The bottle is not empty, just very thick. I can get some lotion on the ball, but it is a chore. can't recommend it.

Q: How long does it last?

After I hammered it out of the bottle I put some on my hip and it lasted about 8 hrs. It took the edge off let's say. The patches seem to last longer, maybe 12 hrs. Maybe because you dont have to do all that hammering with the roll on.

We had problems getting the roller to dispense the fluid. We pressed harder on our skin as we rolled and it worked. It didn't break, but it's not an easy applicator.
