First and most there are no clear instructions on how to install the product.I figured out the step by putting the pieces together and seeing youtube videos here and there.The main challenging part was making the holes in the wall using the given "Shield Anchor" screw in the wall. That was a pain. Once that done I put together the pieces and here the surprise. The top piece doesn't match the screws!As you can see in the picture, there are two vertical pieces that go from one side to another. If the one in the back fit the one in the front doesn't because simply the location of the screw are not in place!(Update..)I ended hiring someone to install it for me.The screws are not easily installed on the wall (at least for me)The trick was to put all the pieces together first and then fix it against the wallI am 90kg and using it so far for a month with no issues.

The product size is smaller that expected - it is not practical for professional training. On aside, fixing it into the wall was a challenge - the screws are longer enough to damage the wall especially if it is a brick wall. I do not recommend for a professional trainer - could be more suitable for a kid training.

A well built reliable bar. Also because of 8 screws seems to be pretty solid on the wall. One week in use, im 73kg. No issues. Very happy. Good quality for amazing price
