Wide Thai Rice Stick Noodles Xl (1cm) Pack of 2 (16 Ounce each)

I couldn't find wide rice noodles for my pad see ew recipe at the local stores so hopped over to Amazon as per usual. Still not quite as thick as I'm used to from pad see ew at restaurants, but worked for my home meal prep. Held up surprisingly well from shipping, thought there'd be more breakage. The packaging has no instructions on preparation, but I found that soaking for ~10m in warm water and then putting into the pan worked for my needs. Texture seemed perfect.

I looked for these specifically because I can't find the wide rice noodles in any local stores. Have bought them more than once now and I'm pretty happy with the quality. No instructions on how long to cook them, but that information is easily found online.

These worked well for my drunken noodles, not as thick as I would have liked but they held up well in the dish and were tasty. The reason for the three stars is there were no directions so I soaked in hot water for 15 minutes, rinsed in cool water, then boiled them for a couple of minutes. They could have boiled for 7 minutes and been better, I’ll do that next time.

Best Gluten Free noodles ever

So much better than I could imagine! I was so nervous when I read that cooking instructions are not included with this item. I read a few of the other reviews with cooking instructions and decided to try dropping the noodles in just under boiling water and cooking for 15 minutes, before draining and tossing in wok. This worked PERFECTLY! We made pad se ew and the taste and texture of these noodles were as good as my favorite takeout places! I will definitely be ordering again and again!

These noodles are a known good product. I haven't eaten any of these yet. The products were packaged adequately and delivered early I believe.

I tried cooking these several different ways, soaking for different amounts of time, boiling for different amounts of time - no matter what, I couldn't get these to match restaurant-quality. So if you know how to cook them these are probably worth it, otherwise maybe not.

Really enjoyed these! Yes...it doesn't say how long to cook....but I just kept checking the noodles, and it probably took around15 minutes or so?
