How deep are the compartments

The right side which is the largest compartment is 2” deep the other side is divided into 2 very small compartments..one compartment holds rings has about 3 rows..the other small compartment is very shallow not even a inch deep

Can you take the divider out?

The divider couldn't be taken out. It is inside the box.
