Didn’t meet expectations

Looks great in the pictures but after waiting weeks for the delivery, I found the exterior finishing very patchy. Glossy and shiny on some exterior parts, dull in other spots. The brand logo on the front of the box had the “e” missing. So definitely some quality control issues! Would like to exchange it if possible.26 March 2025 - More than 3 months later and I still have no response from the seller. Somebody did try to call me offering a 50% refund but I refused and again requested an exchange. Are you interested in customer satisfaction?
